Perhaps you have surmised that I had no luck or help whatsoever from anyone remotely involved in the Benewah County and St. Maries State sponsored kidnapping of my children Rachel and Andrew and the concomitant Larceny of my personal effects and chattel from the local storage facility in St. Maries. This includes the Sheriff's Department who was kind enough to tell me that women come in and lie to the Courts all the time, and finding her was my problem, even though they were instrumental in the Fraud perpetrated against me, and they were personally responsible for creating the diversion that allowed her to kidnap my children, and not to mention materially liable for the theft of my belongings.

As I had

#1) Done nothing wrong,

#2) Never had experienced such an egregious error,

#3) Had no faith or trust in Lawyers.

I decided to research and study why an innocent man such as myself is crushed by the State in modern America, as all avenues for help were then, as now, closed to me.

It took me 11 years of reading and writing to learn the truths.

This page lists my 1st set of Affidavits that reserve my Rights and illustrate the basic faults/flaws/defects/operating Status within our current Parody of a Federal Government operating as a stand-in for our Republic.

What I have found out is not complimentary nor flattering to our modern Nation-State of America, in fact the discoveries penned and referenced in this tome of a website illustrates the different points of reference in our laws (or lack of them) which have materially altered our Country from its original inception of a Republic, to its currently operating format of a Military Democracy, administered through our Courts as a Cesti-Que Trust.

These following points, projected out, are a sad commentary that illustrate the root causes of:

Our reprehensible foreign policies,

Our Imperialist ambitions,

Our Fascist tendencies,

Our Totalitarian tendencies,

Our predatory social and economic policies against our own people and people of the world.

And of course

Our broken Court System,
And
the concomitant neutered and inoperable Surety Industry.
